By using Meat Locker you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose. Meat Locker is operated by theGadgetAid LLC, a Florida company, and published on the App Store by its owner, Matt Lake.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Every photograph is reviewed by a person before it appears. Anything reported is reviewed again, and accounts that keep breaking the rules are removed.
Meat, as food. Raw, cured, cooked, resting, sliced, on the grill or on the plate. Your own photographs.
You must be 13 or older. You are responsible for what you post. Keep your username to yourself and do not impersonate anyone.
You keep ownership of everything you post. You give us permission to store and show it inside Meat Locker so the app can work — nothing more. Delete a post and that permission ends with it.
Every post, comment and profile can be reported from inside the app, and every report is reviewed by a person. You can block any account, which hides you from each other immediately and needs no one’s approval. We aim to act on reports within 24 hours.
A post that breaks the rules is removed and the author is told why. Three removals and the account is banned, its posts and comments go with it. We can also remove an account outright for anything serious. If you think we got it wrong, write to us — we will look again.
Meat Locker is provided as it is, without warranties. We do not promise it will always be available or free of faults. To the extent the law allows, theGadgetAid LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may change these terms. If a change matters, we will say so in the app before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
